After one of the worst years in the history of the hotel sector, the impact that Covid-19 and the mobility restrictions to stop its expansion had on this segment has now been revealed.
Overnight stays in hotel establishments plunged by 73.3% to 91.6 million for the year as a whole, according to provisional data published by the National Institute of Statistics (INE) on Monday.
