The Latin American investment group Onix has bought the Madrid Sur shopping centre from HRP, an alliance between Baupost, GreenOak Real Estate and the Spanish developer Grupo Lar. Company sources have confirmed the sale to brainsre.news.
The consultancy firm Savills Aguirre Newman advised Onix Capital Partners on the transaction, for which no amount was disclosed.
The asset, with a surface area of 24,000 m2, is located Madrid’s Vallecas district. The shopping centre’s tenants include Carrefour, H&M, DreamFit, Kiwoko, Domino’s Pizza or McDonald’s.
