There is still room to grow a little more. All the signs in the real estate sector are now pointing to a slowdown, but records continue to be broken throughout 2022, as the General Council of Notaries has just revealed with the publication of its latest data.
Those responsible for verifying every transaction in the country summarise the situation as follows: “House sales and their prices are continuing to rise. In the same way, more residential mortgages are being granted, but fewer new companies are being constituted”.
