The company, owned by Minor Hotels, is in advanced negotiations to sell the Barcelona Gran Hotel Calderón, located in Barcelona.
According to industry sources, the buyer would be a European real estate fund, and the price would be around 125 million euros, as confirmed by the company.
The five-star Barcelona Gran Hotel Calderón is located on Rambla Cataluña. The establishment was refurbished in 2008 and has 255 rooms.
