The property developer Neinor Homes, controlled by the investment firms Orion, Adar Capital and Stoneshield, has presented its results for 2021. The year was marked by intense activity, including the purchase of its listed counterpart Quabit, as well as a significant volume of deliveries.
Between January and December, Neinor generated revenues of 916 million euros, up by 58% compared to the same period in 2020. Most of its turnover came from the delivery of finished homes – the firm also operates its own rental platform-, given that the company handed over 3,038 homes in total during the year (2,734 notarised units), including build to rent properties. According to the ranking prepared by Brainsre.news, Neinor was the company that completed the most new homes in Spain in 2021. Of those deliveries, 1,048 were made during the first half of the year.
