The residential developer, Neinor Homes, and the consultancy CBRE have joined as partners in Aster for Life, a company created by Óscar Gil Marín to build 5,000 homes in Los Ángeles de San Rafael. The area is located between the Segovian municipalities of El Espinar and Vega de Matutes, less than an hour from Madrid.
The project will begin in the coming months and create more than 1,100 homes in the first phase and some 5,000 units over 15 years. The first 150 homes will be marketed before the summer, with prices starting at 200,000 euros, according to El Confidencial.
In Neinor Homes’ case, this is a strategic agreement as, at least in this first phase, it will not assume the development risk. According to the company, Neinor will be responsible for designing the complex and the marketing strategy. Depending on this initial phase’s success, the developer has an option to acquire the land for building the next 4,000 homes.
