The Socimi Millenium Hospitality Real Estate has completed the purchase of an office building in Madrid from the Mutualidad de la Abogacía.
The transaction was closed for 36.75 million euros, whereby generating a capital gain of 14.96 million euros for the Mutualidad. That figure represents a profitability of 68.65%, after the seller bought the asset 13 years ago, in January 2009.
