The property developer Montepino Logística, which has been present in the Catalan market since 2018, is currently working on five projects in Cataluña spanning a combined constructed surface area of more than 47,000 square metres and involving an investment of 51 million euros.
These new logistics centres form part of the company’s expansion commitment at the national level. The projects comprise five small, last-mile cross-docking platforms that are located close to urban centres.
