Montepino, an Aragonese investment vehicle backed by Valfondo Investment Management and Bankinter Investment, has started work on its first logistics complex in Zaragoza.
The complex will be made up of several buildings and will become the fourth largest on the Zaragoza Logistics Platform (Plaza). The buildings will be constructed on a 150,000-square-metre plot of land and will involve an investment of more than 50 million euros.
