Mileway is accelerating its growth in Spain. The company, one of the most active in the market in terms of logistics investment, is expanding its portfolio with the acquisition of seven new properties spanning a total of 113,000 square metres. The amount of the acquisition has not been disclosed.
With these properties, which are located in Barcelona, Valencia, Pamplona, Sevilla and Zaragoza, the group now owns 73 real estate properties in Spain.
