Metrovacesa has begun marketing a new project in Valladolid called Novo Ariza, a residential complex comprising 80 homes of between one and four bedrooms, the real estate developer reported Wednesday.
The development of the new project, which consists of two nine-storey buildings, entails an investment of around 17 million euros
The homes in this new development will have terraces, parking spaces and storage rooms. The project will also have a swimming pool, gym, social area and children’s playground.
Novo Ariza is close to the Las Delicias neighbourhood, with parks and easy access to the centre of Valladolid. There are schools, shopping centres and supermarkets and more in the immediate vicinity.
