The property developer Metrovacesa has started work on the construction of a new project: 121 new-build homes in one of the most attractive areas of Barakaldo, which lends its name to the development: Altos de Parque Serralta. The new residential complex will involve an investment of 32.6 million euros, for which the company has obtained financing from Kutxabank.
Altos de Parque Serralta will be developed by the construction company Eraikuntza Birgaikuntza Artapena (EBA). This new project from Metrovacesa demonstrates the firm’s commitment to boosting the supply of new-build housing in the city, as well as its desire to be present in new expansion areas, such as Barakaldo.
