Metrovacesa has started to commercialise Ramón Turró 294, a project located in the Barcelona neighbourhood of Poblenou, in which it is going to invest 7 million euros. The complex will comprise 18 homes with between one and three bedrooms each and spanning a surface area of between 63 m2 and 85 m2.
The residential complex will be located very close to several public gardens and parks, including the Jardins de Gandhi, the Jardins de Remedios Varó and the Diagonal Mar Park. It will also be approximately 10 minutes on foot from the beaches of Bogatell, La Mar Bella and La Nova Mar Bella, as well as la Rambla de Poblenou, which is the epicentre of the neighbourhood. For this project, the property developer has appointed the Barcelona architecture studio MIBA Architects.
