Metrovacesa has delivered homes in its new Halia residential development. The project, which involved an investment of 34 million euros, comprises one hundred one-to-four homes, each with a minimum surface area of 72 square metres.
Located right on the coast, the homes, designed by HCP Arquitectos, have sea views and communal areas such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, spa and children’s playground.
This development is the first to be completed in this sector of Torre del Río, where the demand for new homes is increasing. Metrovacesa is also developing the Málaga Towers in the same area of the city, one of the most iconic projects in Málaga in recent years, which will change the city’s skyline once completed.
