The property developer chaired by Ignacio Moreno has started marketing its new development, Edificio Barberá, which is made up of 89 multi-family dwellings and 18 dwellings with approved official protection status.
Metrovacesa plans to invest 26 million euros in this new residence located in Barberá del Vallés in Barcelona. With this project, the property developer is consolidating its position in Cataluña, where it already has more than 1,500 new-build homes.
