A few days ago, Metrovacesa began marketing a new project in the Community of Madrid, in the town of Valdemoro. The project, Residencial Azahara, will comprise 94 homes with between two and four bedrooms.
Residencial Azahara will be built in the new town’s expansion area, on Calle Agustina de Aragón. The surroundings include a range of services, such as a hospital, different schools, supermarkets and green areas.
The project, in which Metrovacesa will invest 18 million euros, demonstrates the company’s commitment to the Community of Madrid, one of the areas of Spain with the greatest imbalance between housing supply and demand in recent years. With this new project, Metrovacesa aims to improve access to new housing in this strategic area on the outskirts of the Spanish capital.
