Metrovacesa has started work on two new residential complexes located in Puerto de Sagunto, Valencia, in which it has invested nearly 18.5 million euros. The expected delivery date is the end of 2024.
On the one hand, Residencial Aurada is a residential complex comprising 78 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. The properties offer double orientations, along with large terraces, a swimming pool, gardens, a play area, storage rooms and a garage. The project stands out for its location, in a quiet neighbourhood, with all kinds of services nearby such as health centres, shops, banks, bus stops and a wide range of restaurants and leisure amenities.
