Metrovacesa has launched a new development in the city of Valencia called Nova Urbe and made up of 50 homes with two to four bedrooms. The property developer is planning to invest 11 million euros in the promotion.
The residential complex stands out because all its homes have large terraces and overlook an open interior patio space with a garden area, benches and a children’s play area, which provides access to the rest of the building. It also houses a social space that can be used for celebrating events with family and friends, as well as spaces for parking bicycles.
