
Metrovacesa is working flat out to overcome all of the procedures necessary to start its main urban development project in Valencia at the end of 2021. The project will involve the construction of almost 1,400 homes and Valencia City Council has accepted a proposal from the property developer to become the development agent of the PAI in Benimaclet, according to the newspaper El Confidencial.
In addition, the listed company is standing by its intention to build 1,345 homes despite opposition from several neighbours, who consider that the urban development project is a threat to their allotments. The company is planning to build two 30-metre tall towers whereby leaving space available for green areas, but the final plans have not been decided upon yet.
