The Catalan investment company Metrópolis has undertaken a capital increase amounting to 60 million euros, resulting in the entry of two new shareholders.
Specifically, the company has welcomed Manuel Caballero, co-founder of the Óptica Universitaria chain, and Juan Parés Lucini, shareholder of the hospital equipment company Barna Import Médica, as shareholders through their companies Mirling Europe and Punto Salud, respectively. Both firms will join the Metropolis Board of Directors.
