Merlin Properties is managing to dodge the health crisis. The company led by Ismael Clemente closed 2021 with a 0.4% increase in its rental income to reach 505 million euros.
Also, its EBITDA grew by 3.2%, to 377 million euros, and it achieved an operating profit of 273 million euros, up by 4.1% compared to 2020.
