The Board of Directors of Merlin Properties held its annual meeting yesterday, the first since the end of December, when one of the agenda items was the replacement of Ismael Clemente as CEO of the Socimi.
Yesterday, after the meeting, Merlin Properties sent a statement to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) stating that «after a period of reflection and debate», it has ratified «its support and trust» in Ismael Clemente and the maintenance of him as the Chief Executive of the Socimi.
