The Socimi Merlin Properties has signed the rental of its José María Churruca business park in Madrid to CUNEF. The University will install its new campus on the site from September.
CUNEF has leased the business park in entirety; it spans 17,000 square metres in total. The site comprises four buildings, with capacity for 3,000 people. CUNEF will start operations at the site from September, but will share it with two other tenants until their contracts expire in less than three years, specifically, the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation and the International Foundation for Ibero-America for Public Administration and Policies.
