The fund manager Meridia Capital has announced that it has completed the sale of the Sea Towers office complex. The company has sold the two properties to the German insurer Allianz for 185 million euros.
The office complex spans 29,000 m2 and is made up of two buildings with thirteen and seven floors, respectively. It is located in the 22@ district, at number 213 Avenida Nova Icària. The complex was a turnkey development for the consulting firm Everis. However, some of the office space is still vacant.
