The Israeli investment firm MDSR Investments has closed the purchase of a portfolio of supermarkets in Spain. Specifically, MDSR has reached an agreement with Barings to acquire 4 supermarkets located in Barcelona and leased to Carrefour.
The four assets have a combined gross leasable area of 16,000 m2 and are all leased in their entirety to Carrefour.
