The North American multinational Cordish has presented a new proposal to Madrid City Council for the construction of an Integrated Development Center (CID) in the east of the Spanish capital. The new complex, which would house casinos, restaurants, hotels and other entertainment venues, is being studied by the Community of Madrid’s Ministry of the Economy, according to the newspaper La Información.
It would seem that the Executive has been analysing the proposal for several weeks, as indicated by the law firm Díaz Arias, which is the multinational’s legal representative in Spain, and the entity responsible for managing the process.
