In October, Madrid City Council announced the release for sale of 25 plots of land with capacity for the construction of 2,500 rental homes.
The City Council’s Town Planning area, led by Ciudadanos, was following in the footsteps first trodden last year when it launched the first of these public-private collaboration processes to promote affordable housing in the city.
