Madrid and Barcelona rank among Europe’s top 10 cities preferred by investors in 2022, according to the real estate consultancy CBRE.
Specifically, Madrid occupies sixth position behind London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin and Frankfurt. Meanwhile, Barcelona is ranked in ninth place ahead of Munich. Copenhagen (7) and Warsaw (8) complete the top 10.
