During the third quarter, 420,000 square metres of logistics space was leased in Madrid, up by 55% compared to the volume registered during the same period in 2019, according to the latest Logistics Snapshot report prepared by Knight Frank.
In this way, during the first nine months of the year, 700,000 square metres of logistics space was leased in the Madrid logistics market, up by 65% compared to the same period a year earlier.
