Log In, a French Socimi dedicated to the industrial and logistics real estate sector in Europe, and managed by Principal Asset Management, a pan-European investment and asset manager, has purchased an asset near Pamplona (Navarra), as reported by the consulting firm Colliers, which has advised the sale & leaseback operation.
The industrial and logistics asset, which spans an area of 16,800 square metres and which is made up of two warehouses and an office building, is located on the Arazuri Industrial Estate, close to the Navarran capital.
