The South African fund Lighthouse Properties has completed the acquisition of the Torrecárdenas shopping center from the Sevillian property developer Bogaris. The operation has been closed for 172 million euros.
In total, the commercial complex spans a gross leasable area of 61,589 square meters: 20,000 m2 corresponds to the retail park and 40,000 m2 to the shopping center.
