Libra Gestión de Projectos has begun work on its Residencial Terrazas development in Méndez Álvaro, in which it is going to invest 50.4 million euros. The tender for the building work has been awarded to the construction company Avintia and is expected to take 21 months.
The development is being built on one of the last available plots of land in the Méndez Álvaro area of central Madrid, in the so-called New Business Park. The plot spans almost 2,500 m2, with a buildable surface area of almost 10,000 m2 for residential use.
