Líbere Hospitality began 2022 with ambitious objectives even though it had barely completed a year of existence; and it seems that it will end it by fulfilling its promise. The firm has announced the purchase of a new asset in Plaza de las Tendillas in Córdoba.
It is the second property that the serviced apartment manager has acquired in the city, after Líbere Córdoba Patio Santa Marta, which opened in August, and it will be distributed across 22 apartments. In this way, Líbere Hospitality is consolidating its presence in Andalucía, where it already has six properties, accounting for 25% of its total assets under management.
