The land market ended 2020 in a relatively stable manner, recovering some of its dynamism in the last months of the year, after the first impact of Covid-19.
It is also expected that demand will be especially active in new construction, with more than t60,000 operations in 2021. Iheb Nafaa, the CEO of Servihabitat, says that «the sector’s stability allows us to face 2021 from an advantageous position.»
