La Llave de Oro has acquired a plot of land located in Los Ahijones, one of the urban developments in the southeast of Madrid, according to El Economista.
The land purchased by the Catalan developer and construction company has an area of some 225,000 m2, of which 84,000 m2 are buildable. Of that, 60,000 m2 are residential, including market and subsidized housing.
With this acquisition, La Llave de Oro, which hired the Cuatrecasas law firm to conduct due diligence, now has a portfolio of some 850 homes in Madrid.
