All Iron is financing its growth. Caja Laboral Popular and Kutxabank have lent 10.9 million euros to the Socimi, of which 9.25 million euros has already been disbursed.
The facility comprises two equal loans, with simultaneous mortgage guarantees, signed in a single act and structured in the same way. The 1.65 million euros pending drawdown will be disbursed when the renovation work begins on the Hotel Tryp Chamberí.
