More than 20 million euros to build 122 homes in one of the green areas of Barcelona. Kronos Homes, the residential development brand belonging to the Kronos Real Estate Group, is expanding its commercial offer in Cataluña with the launch of 122 homes from its O7 project, which will be delivered during the first half of 2025.
The project, designed by the Adoras Atelier Arquitectura studio, will be developed by SOB Arquitectos and will involve an investment of 20.3 million euros. Its location, in the Sants-Montjuic neighbourhood, constitutes a strategic location, surrounded by a rich natural environment and close to sports facilities, transport networks and schools.
