A tribute to one of the names more typically associated with New York in the south of Carabanchel. Kronos Homes, the residential development brand owned by the Kronos Real Estate Group, is expanding its commercial offer in the city of Madrid with the start of the sale of 143 homes in a development that it has called Brooklyn and in which it is going to invest around 40 million euros.
The forecast is for the homes to be delivered in the middle of 2025 with prices ranging from 234,000 euros for the ground floor studios spanning 45 square metres to 464,000 euros for the largest apartments measuring 85 square metres (prices quoted excluding VAT).
