Kronos Homes has commissioned the Ricardo Bofill Architecture Workshop to design its future residential project in Playa de Aro in Gerona, where it has just acquired a plot spanning 4,800 m2 on which it will build 109 homes.
The property developer will invest a total of 42 million euros in the project, which is located on the beachfront. The consultancy aCapital, which specialises in the brokerage of real estate assets and which belongs to the aFinance Group, has managed the sale.
