KKH Property Investors has sold one of the penthouses in the Mandarin Oriental Residences complex, in the city of Barcelona, to a private individual for 40 million euros, according to El Confidencial.
Specifically, the apartment, which spans a surface area of 650 square metres and is located at number 111 Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona, has sold for more than 61,500 euros per square metre, which is a new record in the Spanish market.
