The American investor Kennedy Wilson has announced the acquisition of a logistics warehouse in Leganés, Madrid, from COMAFE, the Madrilenian Ironmongers Cooperative.
The asset spans a surface area of 16,390 square meters, including the warehouse and office space. Now, the buyer is going to remodel the facility, a project that should be completed by the beginning of 2023. Originally, the warehouse was promoted by Neinver as a turnkey development for the Madrilenian Ironmongers Cooperative in 1989.
