Spaces, IWG’s co-working brand, opened a new co-working centre in Barcelona this month. The Luxembourg-based group now has 13 co-working spaces in the Catalan capital.
IWG’s subsidiary has invested six million euros in building the new asset, called Spaces Mas de Roda, in the 22@ district of Poblenou. Spaces’ five-floor building has a surface area of 4,330 square metres, a 200 m2 terrace and two interior courtyards.
The centre can accommodate up to 450 workers, has four meeting rooms, a training room, a cafeteria and space for events. It also has a private underground car park for 50 vehicles.
