
The evolution of the Covid crisis continues to generate uncertainty in terms of its impact on the real estate market in 2021 and how it will affect each segment. In this sense, in general terms, a gradual recovery of investor confidence is expected in the Spanish residential market this year.
According to a trend report prepared by Gesvalt, if the macroeconomic recovery forecasts are maintained, investment in the residential sector could increase by between 15% and 25% in 2021, driven especially by the build-to-rent segment.
