Aliseda and Anticipa are diversifying. The Swedish company Intrum has entrusted the servicers owned by Blackstone with the management of the Cierzo portfolio, valued at 100 million euros, according to El Confidencial.
Until now, both servicers have worked only with portfolios that Blackstone itself used to own. However, that business is finite and so their strategy is now to diversify and start managing assets on behalf of third parties.
