The Andalucían company Inmobiliaria del Sur (Insur) achieved a profit of 21.1 million euros in 2020. In this way, the coronavirus crisis failed to affect the company’s net result, which increased by 138% compared to 2019.
Meanwhile, Insur’s turnover rose to 132.8 million euros, up by 8.2% compared to the previous year. Moreover, its operating profit increased to 35.3 million euros, up by 47% YoY, as reported by the firm to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
