Insur will distribute a total of between 45 and 50 million euros in dividends to its shareholders by 2025. Its dividend policy of distributing between 45 and 50% of after-tax profits, according to Ricardo Pumar, Insur’s chairman, during the presentation of the group’s 2021-2025 Strategic Plan.
This new strategic plan, presented Wednesday with Francisco Pumar, Insur’s general manager, and Domingo González, the company’s financial director, forecasts an accumulated profit after tax of 99.9 million euros, which makes an average of around €20 million a year.
Furthermore, Grupo Insur expects turnover to reach 849.4 million euros in 2021-2025, an average of 169.9 million euros per year. Specifically, the turnover of the development activity will reach 552.4 million euros; the property business, 87.1 million euros; construction, 183.6 million euros; and the provision of services, 26.2 million euros.
