The Andalusian company Insur will invest 29 million euros in the development of the new prime office building located in Tabacalera, in Malaga. The works, which will take two years to complete, are expected to start at the beginning of 2022.
The real estate company recently acquired the plot of land, which was municipally owned, for 8.8 million euros. It has a surface area of more than 2,800 square metres and a buildable area of 9,500 square metres.
Insur’s has dubbed its new project Ágora. The building will have six floors of offices. The ground floor will be used as a public square open to the promenade and surrounded by green areas.
In total, the company estimates that the building will be able to accommodate 750 workers. Ágora will also have modular spaces to adapt to the needs of each company and will have more than 180 underground parking spaces.
