The listed real estate agency Inmobiliaria del Sur (Insur) has announced a new office project in Málaga. Specifically, the company led by the Pumar family has acquired land in the Martiricos area to promote an office building that will span 10,900 square meters.
The property will involve an outlay of 33.7 million euros, of which 8.6 million has been spent on the acquisition of the land.
