Grupo Insur is going to invest more than 61 million euros in the development of Selecta Ática, a new complex comprising 311 multi-family homes with two to four bedrooms in Entrenúcleos, in Dos Hermanas (Sevilla), as reported by the real estate management company.
The residential complex, which will be made up of four buildings, will include penthouses, ground-floor homes and terraces. It will also have common areas surrounded by green spaces, a swimming pool for adults and another for children, a paddle tennis court, a gym and a multi-use room. The delivery of the development, construction of which has already begun, is scheduled for 2025.
