Second time lucky. Valdebebas, the great urban development in the north of Madrid, in the Hortaleza district, could soon be home to a second office building.
The Valdebebas Compensation Board is finalizing the sale of plot 166-B to the Sevillian property developer Insur. This will be the second attempt by the neighbourhood organization to sell this land after the previous operation failed to come to fruition.
